A Certificate Course on ‘Payroll Management and Legal Compliance’
On 24th and 25th Feb. 2020, HNIMR organised a 2 days certificate course on ‘Payroll Management and Legal Compliance’. 28 students of HR specialisation attended this course.
During this course the trainer, Mr.Sachin from PreHR taught the students CTC designing, preparation of salary break-up, monthly pay slip, calculation of net and gross salary, deductions PF, ESI, PT, TDS etc, contributions PF,ESI etc, leave management, bonus, gratuity, LWF, Tax Calculation-TDS, flow chart of Payroll Software etc. Whereas Mr. Panduranga More covered compliance part – returns under various acts i.e. The Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, MPCB etc.
This was indeed an informative session. Through such sessions HNIMR tries to make the students ‘industry ready’.
