Celebration of Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti

India’s third national festival, Gandhi Jayanti, is celebrated by the entire nation to commemorate the birth anniversary of the father of our nation-Mahatma Gandhi. At HNIMR, Gandhi Jayanti has been celebrated a day prior, on 1^st October, 2019, with great zeal, enthusiasm and patriotism.

As a part of celebration, students present have decided to eliminate the use of single-use plastic. At MKSSS’s HNIMR campus, segregation of solid waste has been done effectively and efficiently for years now.

The celebration concluded with the favourite Bhajan of Mahatma Gandhi. The celebration ceremony was successfully held under the guidance of Dr. Jagdish Pol and executed by the CD Cell.
